1. Incoming Material Inspection(IQC)
All incoming materials are inspected prior to production to ensure compliance with quality standards.

2. Pre-Production Control
Before bulk production, all samples, materials, colors, constructions, and branding details are reviewed and approved by the customer to ensure full alignment with the confirmed standard.
3. In-Process Quality Control(IPQC)
Quality checks are conducted throughout the production process to ensure consistency and stability.
Cutting Inspection
· Check dimensions, symmetry, and grain direction for accuracy
Stitching Inspection
·Ensure consistent stitch density and secure stitching to prevent skipped or unstable seams
Edge Painting & Finishing Check
·Verify smooth, clean edges with strong adhesion
Assembly & Structure Inspection
·Confirm structural integrity and overall balance
4. Final Quality Inspection & Testing (OQC)
Finished products are inspected prior to shipment to ensure full compliance with order and quality requirements.
·Appearance Inspection: overall shape, symmetry, cleanliness, and detail integrity
·Functional Inspection: zipper smoothness; snap, buckle, and hardware attachment strength
·Branding Verification: logo placement and branding accuracy
·Order Verification: quantity and assortment consistency with the order
·Stitching Strength Tests: verification of durability in key stress areas
·Strap And Handle Load Tests: simulation of everyday use conditions
4. Final Quality Inspection & Testing (OQC)
