OEM & ODM
Production Process
🔍 Step 1: Order & Development
1. Requirements Alignment
Our business team collaborates with you to capture precise design requirements and functional expectations, which are immediately logged into the ERP system to establish a traceable project baseline.
2. Technical Evaluation
The technical team leverages the ERP system to access historical technical data and material specifications, enabling rapid feasibility analysis and solution design.
3. Final Confirmation
Upon mutual agreement on the design, the ERP system converts requirements into a standardized production BOM (Bill of Materials) and routing, triggering official production scheduling.
📋 Step 2: Material & Production Preparation
1. Production Planning
The planning department uses the ERP MRP (Material Requirements Planning) module to automatically decompose orders, generating detailed production schedules and material demand lists for precise capacity and material alignment.
2. Material Procurement
The procurement team tracks purchase progress in real time via ERP, while the warehouse manages material receipt and batch control.
The system automatically triggers inventory alerts to prevent shortages or overstock.
3. Pre-Production Validation
The production and technical teams conduct pre-production trials, with process parameters and results recorded in ERP.
Mass production is only authorized once equipment, processes, and materials are fully validated.
⚙ Step 3: Manufacturing & Quality Control
1. Production Execution
The production center follows standardized SOPs issued by ERP. Each department uses ERP providing real-time production visibility and ensuring stable workflow.
2. In-Process Inspection (IPQC)
IPQC personnel perform off-line inspections, with results logged into ERP.
3. Final Quality Inspection (OQC)
Upon completion, OQC conduct full performance and appearance checks. Only products passing final inspection proceed to packaging.
📦 Step 4: Packaging & Delivery
1. Packaging
Qualified products are packaged according to ERP-defined specifications, with batch information automatically linked to enable full product lifecycle traceability.
2. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery arrangements are managed by our sales team in coordination with logistics partners to meet your shipping and timeline requirements.
